Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or cancellation, you must request it within two days of dead line, and your admission must not have been used or accessed.
Refund process:
Once we receive your return or cancellation request, we will review it and process your refund within another 7 days of time limit. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid using a credit or debit card, please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear on your account.
